Dr. Gurjit Kaur Bhatia is a highly experienced and certified career counselor with over 25 years of expertise in education, guidance, and personal development. She has supported hundreds of students, parents, and professionals in making informed career decisions through scientific assessments and personalized counseling.
With a Ph.D. in Education and international certifications in career coaching and teacher training from the Cambridge, UK, Dr. Bhatia blends global knowledge with practical solutions. She is a CBSE Master Trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for international institutions, bringing a deep understanding of both academic and career landscapes.
Dr. Bhatia has worked closely with Oxford University Press (OUP), contributing to training programs that support educators in adopting innovative and student-centered teaching practices. Her services include psychometric assessments, stream and course selection, profile building, career planning, and soft skills coaching. Each session is tailored to help individuals discover their strengths, explore suitable career paths, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Bhatia has been honored with several national and international awards for her contributions to education and career guidance, including the Bharat Jyoti Guru Gaurav Vidya Ratan Samman 2022.
